I’ve lead and partnered with businesses and teams in Australia, the UK and Europe and have extensive experience in India and the Philippines as offshore locations.
Over the past 25 years my teams have worked together to enhance employee experience and along the way have secured multiple awards for awesome project and programme execution as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards for delivering fantastic customer care.
