I am passionate at helping people get what they want and need from their products, channels and services in an easy and accessible way. Holding leadership roles and managing programmes across over 20 countries, has given me a broad view of the challenges, differences and similarities between different markets, helping me gain perspective to deliver best in class customer experience.

From the breadth of my experience, I am comfortable delivering at a strategic level, but am also as comfortable with hands on, tactical changes. I am commercially astute and am adept at building investment cases, growing sales, increasing revenue and retaining customers.

I believe strongly in supporting others around me, and I am an excellent communicator, with strong influencing ability across all levels. Actively involved in charity work, in a range of volunteer and management roles. I am open, honest, with a passion to make a difference.
