I am a subject matter expert in the Experience Ecosystem. Not only do I have deep practical and pragmatic experience in designing and delivering on business and customer objectives, I am also a judge, speaker, thought leader, and mentor, with credentials such as CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional), ACX Master (Accredited Customer Experience Master), and HeX (Holistic Employee Experience) as well as an iGNLP (International Guild for NLP Practitioner).

I am passionate about driving business objectives whilst rediscovering customer’s ‘why’ and mobilising businesses around the experience of their customers, employees, and partners. I believe that the experience is an important key to creating value, differentiation, and loyalty in a competitive and dynamic market. I have a diverse and sought after skill set that combines not only Experience as a formal discipline, but marketing and operations.

Currently I am a Senior Manager of Client Experience and Marketing at HSBC Innovation Banking, the financial partner to the businesses, founders, and investors shaping the innovation economy. With more than 20 years of experience across various sectors has given me a unique skill set that enables me to deliver best-in-class experience programs that align with strategic goals. There is something to be said for a well-rounded, business savvy, sector agnostic approach to delivering on a differentiated, sustainable and loyal USP.
