Rob is accountable for the transformation of the Customer division at Southern Water, this includes the installation of c1 million Smart water meters over the next 5 years which will enable customers to understand their usage for the 1st time as well as the replacement of the companies billing and CRM systems.  Rob has lead a no. of Transformation programmes across telco, energy and gas retail and water.
