Customer Support:
I manage our global support team as we continue to scale, ensuring we put our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Customer Experience/Voice of Customer:
I gather and analyse customer data to provide the team with insights that directly influence key business decisions, such as packaging improvements, new product development (NPD), and email strategy optimisation. I also attend major industry events to build connections and identify emerging market trends.

Social Proof and Trust Management:
I manage review platforms and develop and implement strategies that continuously improve our review volume and score, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and boost Jude’s online reputation.
