Rachel Percival has joined Hiyacar as Chief Customer Officer, strengthening the leadership team as the business enters a significant growth phase.

A highly respected CX leader, Rachel has a wealth of experience in delivering multichannel and omnichannel customer strategies.  She is also an Advisory Board member of the CX Alliance.

UK-owned and based, Hiyacar is the UK’s leading vehicle-sharing provider, helping organisations cut costs and emissions through smart pool car technology.
